Paul Walker, the handsome actor and star of the “Fast and Furious” movie series, died in a fiery car crash on November 30, 2013. His demise was national news as soon as it happened. His Estate aka Probate is now suing to recover 17 very expensive cars which were held by the man driving the car he was killed in. That man’s Estate has refused to turn over Mr. Walker’ cars to Mr. Walker’s Estate.
The lawsuit was brought by the Executor of the Walker Estate. It will be part of the Probate Court proceedings in the Walker Estate.
Had Mr. Walker titled his assets into his Living Trust aka Revocable Living Trust aka Family Trust (including the very expensive car collection), his family could have avoided the expense, delay and publicity of Probate aka Probate Court.
